Please follow these guidelines:
1). All sales are final at the time the order is shipped. Most orders are shipped on the day ordered. You can find our estimated shipping rates here.
2). Any orders requiring a prescription can only be shipped after Cardinal Home Care, LLC has received a prescription.
3). We ship nationally via UPS and the USPS. Most items are shipped the same day ordered and arrive within 3-5 business days. Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer and delivery could take between 10-14 days.
4). Due to the hygienic nature of several of our products, as designated by the FDA, most are not returnable or refundable (examples are bed, bath, braces, grooming, cushions, etc.)
5). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6). A restocking charge of 20% may apply to returned or cancelled items.
7). Products returned must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
8). Products purchased carry applicable manufacturers warranties and guarantees. No other warrantees or guarantees (implied or otherwise) apply. If within 15 days of invoice, the product purchased from Cardinal Home Care, LLC is defective in material and/or workmanship and you have the original packaging, in new unmarked condition with all original parts, instructions and warranty cards, we will exchange the defective product(s) in accordance with the manufacturers policies, less any shipping and or handling charges that may apply.
